Bedford Woman, Allegedly Drunk, Collides with Fire Hydrant
Cocaine found in 32-year-old's vehicle.

A Bedford woman was arrested Monday night after she reportedly struck a utility pole and fire hydrant on Boynton Street in Manchester, near the Bedford town line.
The accident occurred around 5:30 p.m., not far from the intersection of South Main Street. Following a brief investigation, the vehicle's operator, 32-year-old Geonna Dinowitz, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of controlled drugs .
Manchester officer Steven Orr was first on the scene and reportedly found
a vehicle with front end damage. The initial investigation, according to a Manchester Police report, indicates the Dinowitz's vehicle had been traveling west on Boynton Street when it collided with a fire hydrant in front of 101 Boynton Street, sideswiped a utility pole across from 104 Boynton Street and then came to rest in front of 125 Boynton Street.
Orr determined Dinowitz was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. She was placed under arrest for OUI and also charged with possession of a controlled drug after she was found in possession of a small amount of cocaine, as well as eight
suboxone films.
