- Jewish organizations in NH team up to send donations to Israel: The Seacoast Chabad Jewish Community Center and the New Hampshire Jewish Federation are teaming up to collect donations for Israel. The Bedford-based Jewish organization has been receiving support from people across the state, with donations being collected at their Bedford location. (wmur.com)
- With a heavy snowfall possible this winter, NHDOT is actively hiring snow plow drivers. Transportation officials are looking to hire snowplow drivers before the snow falls, after not having enough snowplow drivers last year. Crews were able to keep up due to a light snowfall last winter, but officials said they're short about 30 percent short of their full-time staff, not including contractors. The DOT is offering a $5,000 bonus for staff and a 15 percent increase for contractors. Find out more here: (WMUR)
