DUI, Accidents: Bedford Police Log, April 21 to April 27

The Bedford Police Department has released the police log for April 21 to April 27.

BEDFORD, NH — The following incidents were reported in the Bedford police log for the time period of April 21 to April 27. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, April 22 — Richard Johnson, 33, of Derry, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension.

Tuesday, April 23 — Rebecca A. Warriner, 20, of Manchester, is charged with operating without a valid license. Kyle A. St. Onge, 26, of Manchester, is charged with suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension. David R. Previe, 27, of Manchester, is arrested on a bench warrant. Derek Michael Johonnett, 18, of Manchester, is charged with operating without a valid license.

Wednesday, April 24 — Nichole P. LaCourse, 26, of Manchester, is charged with driving after revocation or suspension and having an unregistered vehicle. Police investigate a vehicle accident on Cooper Lane. Criminal threatening is reported on Curtis Court.

Thursday, April 25 — Police respond to disorderly conduct on Ministerial Road. Devin Carlson, 22, of New Boston, is charged with driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, driving without giving proof, and having an alcohol interlock vehicle not equipped with interlock.

Friday, April 26 — Ann Aguiar, 52, of Manchester, is charged with operating with an expired license. Police respond to a report of shoplifting in progress, and arrest 25-year-old Alexandria Mary Hutchins of Manchester on two theft-related willful concealment charges. Police make an arrest after responding to a domestic disturbance near Wallace Road.

Saturday, April 27 — Earl D. Ross, 63, of Greenville, is charged with operating without a valid license. Vehicle accidents on Market Street and South River Road are reported. Disorderly conduct in progress is reported on South River Road. Someone is transported to the hospital after a vehicle accident on Ray Wiezorek East Drive. A noise complaint is reported on South River Road.
