Felon Busted Driving Drunk with Weapon, Drugs

The following arrest information was provided by Bedford Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


Sunday, Aug. 25

12:11 a.m. - Rachel Anne Bemis of Manchester, born in 1982, arrested following a motor vehicle complaint on Route 101 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, prohibited controlled drug acts and possession of electronic weapon by a felon.

12:11 a.m. - Tyler J. Wuoti of Manchester, born in 1991, arrested following a motor vehicle complaint on Route 101 and charged with stalking.

11:07 a.m. - Julio Santiago, Jr. of Manchester, born in 1976, arrested on a bench warrant on South River Road and charged with shoplifting.

Monday, Aug. 26

9:27 a.m. - Raul Joseph O'Donnell of Bedford, born in 1971, arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Route 101 and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
