Halloween Costume Exchange in Bedford this Weekend

Here are five things you should know today in Bedford.

1. Get thrifty this Halloween! The Bedford Girl Scouts are hosting a Halloween Costume Exchange event at the Bedford Public Library from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Bring by a costume or buy one for $5.

2. Help raise money for breast cancer research. Southern New Hampshire Medical Center's social media charity campaign for the month of October is going to help fund breast cancer research. According to the area hospital, for each new like it receives on Facebook this month, the SNHMC will donate a dollar to the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition. 3. The weatherman says ... It won't be as warm as Wednesday, when temperatures reached 80 degrees. But Thursday will be another unseasonably warm day. Today will be mostly sunny, with a high around 77 degrees. It will be mostly cloudy overnight, with a low around 51.
