Joppa Hill Roadwork Continues to Progress

As construction crews work their way further up Joppa Hill Road, toward the Goffstown line, the Bedford Department of Public Works announced the next phase in the project today.

Phase 2C will take place between Canterbury Lane and New Boston Road, beginning on Friday, Sept. 27 and continuing through Oct. 14.

Phase 2D of the Joppa Hill Road project follows, and that will impact the area between Cider Mill Road and 327 Joppa Hill Road from Oct. 14-31.

The barricade currently placed on Joppa Hill Road north of Cider Mill Road - between 3 will remain in place until phase 2D is substantially complete. This section of the road will be closed to all through vehicles.

During phase 2D school buses will not be able to pass through the area while the box culvert is being constructed between 324 Joppa Hill Road and 327 Joppa Hill Road.
