Manchester Gym Owner Indicted For Attempted Sexual Assault On A Minor
Police say Terry Dow, 51, of Manchester, owns the Training Station on Elm Street. The investigation began after authorities were notified.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Manchester gym owner has been indicted by the Hillsborough County Grand Jury for attempted felonious sexual assault.
A February grand jury indicted Terry Dow, 51, of Manchester, with the purpose that the crime of felonious sexual assault was committed, touched the chest of the victim. The victim was described as a girl over the age of 13 but under the age of 18.
Manchester police reported Dow, who owns The Training Station at 200 Elm St., picked up the girl at her home and brought her to the gym to volunteer. While at the gym, Dow entered the women’s locker room, where the teen was cleaning, and inappropriately touched her, according to the accusation.

Afterward, Dow told the teen not to tell her parents. However, the girl confided in trusted adults that day and an investigation began, according to MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel.
Dow turned himself in to Manchester police in June after issuing the initial warrant.
