Manchester Police Take 2 At Gunpoint, 1 Flees Stolen Vehicle: Update

Patrick Damboise is wanted by police; Kevin Poole and Louis Difazio face drug charges; a vehicle was allegedly stolen from Norwich, Vermont.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police stopped to assist two men pushing a car that appeared to be broken down on Aug. 4, and quickly found the vehicle was stolen.

Officers saw the men pushing a vehicle, and they pulled in behind it. After running the registration, they were notified by dispatch the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Norwich, Vermont. The situation quickly changed to a felony stop and verbal commands were given to the occupants to exit the vehicle.

Kevin Poole, 43, and Louis Difazio, 65, both from Manchester, were accused of possessing illegal drugs — including heroin/fentanyl and crystal methamphetamine. They were each charged with possession of a controlled drug.

A third person, Patrick Damboise, 52, was accused of fleeing the scene. Police searched the immediate area but were unable to locate him.

On Saturday, a warrant was issued for Damboise’s arrest. He faces charges of receiving stolen property (felony) and two counts of possession of a controlled drug. Poole also now has an active warrant for possession of a controlled drug.
