Multi-Vehicle Crash In Bedford Backs Up Traffic At 101 and 114

Two people were injured in an accident involving several vehicles including a tractor-trailer fuel truck. The truck did not leak any fuel.

BEDFORD, NH - Bedford fire, and police responded to a multi-vehicle accident at 101 and 114 involving a tractor-trailer carrying fuel, and possible entrapment on Wednesday.

Responders arrived at about 9:40 a.m. and found a tractor-trailer, a pick-up, and two passenger vehicles involved in the crash.

Firefighters evaluated five patients and at least two were transported by ambulance to local hospitals with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The intersection was temporarily shut down, and then re-opened with restricted lane access causing significant traffic issues.

Bedford Police are investigating the accident and at this time it is unknown what directions the vehicles were traveling, and what may have caused the accident. The scene was cleared at about 11:00 a.m.
