NH Fugitive Of Week: Bank Fraudster With Irish Pride Tattoo
The NH Fugitive of the Week is Donald James, who was convicted of bank fraud and has ties to the Manchester area.

CONCORD, NH -- New Hampshire's Fugitive of the Week is a bank fraudster with a distinct "Irish Pride" tattoo. Donald James, 55, is the target of a federal warrant issued October 26 after authorities said he violated the conditions of his supervised release. James has ties to the Manchester area, according to the New Hampshire Fugitive Task Force.
James is 5 feet 9 inches and 160 pounds. His Irish pride tattoo is on his left arm and features a fighting leprechaun. He has an eagle tattoo on his right arm.
Anyone with information on James' whereabouts is asked to contact the New Hampshire Fugitive Task Force at 603-225-1632 or 1-877-WANTED-2. Citizens can also submit anonymous tips online.
