No Charges in Crash that Killed Bedford Teen
Longtime friend allegedly fell asleep at the wheel.
In July of 2012, a car crash on Route 293 killed a Bedford teen and left his longtime friend in potential legal trouble.
This week, Hillsborough County Attorney Patricia LaFrance announced there would be no charges in the fatal accident, according to the Union Leader.
Andrew Roy, 19, was killed in the early-morning hours of July 28, 2012, after a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer driven by fellow-Bedford resident Ian Bolser – who was 19 at the time of the crash – left Route 293 South near Exit 2 and crashed into a sound-barrier wall.
