Pressed Café Opens New Location In Bedford On South River Road
The new restaurant offers a wide variety of healthy options and is open seven days a week; Pressed Café also has locations in Nashua, Salem.
BEDFORD, NH — Pressed Café, Bedford’s newest restaurant, has opened at 216 South River Road, in the former location of Canoe restaurant.
Pressed Café accomplished a significant reconstruction of the building and added a double drive-thru and outdoor patio. The new restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week and is open from 5 a.m. until 10 p,m. Pressed Café is known for its smoothies, raw juices, specialty salads, soups, paninis, bowls, and vegan options.
The Bedford location and several other locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and is owned by Miri and Roi Shpindler, who founded the business.

Current locations include a restaurant in Salem and two in Nashua. Locations in Massachusetts include Boston, Burlington, Newton and one to be added soon in Chelmsford, according to the company’s website.
