Second Degree Murder Indictment In Shooting Death Of Teen

Isaiah Rivera-Perez has been indicted for second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Jaden Connor of Manchester on Central Street

MANCHESTER, NH - New Hampshire attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announced Friday that Isaiah Rivera-Perez of Manchester has been indicted for second-degree murder and reckless conduct in connection with an incident in Manchester on July 14.

Rivera-Perez, 24, was indicted for one count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of 17-year-old Jaden Connor under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life by shooting him, and one count of reckless conduct by recklessly engaging in conduct that placed others in danger of serious bodily injury by firing a pistol towards occupied homes in a residential neighborhood.

The charges and allegations contained therein are merely accusations, and Rivera-Perez is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
