Show Your Breast Cancer Support With Paper Bra Donation

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dana-Farber/New Hampshire Oncology-Hematology is helping to raise money for women diagnosed with breast cancer.

New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch and Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas were on hand with Dana-Farber/New Hampshire Oncology-Hematology staff members for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the “Bust Bra Bank” event held at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester.  For the month of October, visitors to the “Bra Bank Wall” in the mall can donate a paper bra for $1 and include a message to honor breast cancer survivors or those who have lost their lives to the disease. The paper bras are placed onto a fabricated wall until October 27th.  All the proceeds will go to the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition.
