Suspect In Fatal Hit And Run Crash Waives Probably Cause Hearing
Justin LeClair was scheduled to appear in court Monday, but waived. He remains held at Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
MANCHESTER, NH - The Man Accused Of Killing a Child In a Horrific Lake Avenue Crash Waived his Probable Cause Hearing that was scheduled for Monday.
The probable cause hearing was originally scheduled after his arraignment and would have given his defense team an opportunity to argue for bail. There is currently no scheduled date for his next court appearance.
Currently, he remains in preventive detention at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.

Additional charges are expected after one of the girls died from the injuries sustained in the crash, according to police. More serious charges are brought through indictment by the Grand Jury and can take one to three months, based on previous cases.
Rebecca died as a result of injuries the day before she would have turned one. This past weekend she was buried at a cemetery in Bedford.

Her 11-year-old sister continues to be treated for serious injuries that occurred when the car LeClair was driving struck her. She is expected to survive, but will take a significant time to heal from the injuries.
