Suspicious Package Reported At Manchester Mosque
Police, NH State Police bomb squad are at the Islamic Society of New Hampshire on South Willow Street for a report of a suspicious package.
MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police cordoned off a parking lot on South Willow Street that houses a mosque for a report of suspicious activity Tuesday.
Police were sent to 373 South Willow St. around 8:30 a.m. for a report of “suspicious activity,” according to the department's online call log.
Officers closed off the area and investigated the call. Around 9:30 a.m., the New Hampshire State Police Bomb Squad was requested to the location for a report of a suspicious package.
