Woman Accused Of Assaulting MPD Officer And Resisting Arrest
Jaime Olson and Matthew Barker are accused of multiple charges in an investigation that allegedly started over a broken car mirror.
MANCHESTER, NH — On Nov. 14 at approximately 7:20 p.m., Manchester police responded to Bridge Street for a report of a criminal threat.
The female victim told police she was stopped at the intersection of Ashland and Bridge streets when a Chevy Silverado passed her on the left. The vehicle struck her side view mirror, so she followed it in order to get a license plate number, according to a report.
MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said, "The victim reported that the Silverado pulled to the side of the road and a female passenger got out. The victim says the passenger started hitting and kicking her car and the male driver pointed a handgun at her."

Olson was uncooperative and assaulted an officer and spit on another, police said. She was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Mischief. Barker was charged with Criminal Threatening and Conduct After an Accident.
Arraignment was scheduled for Hillsborough County-North Superior Court Monday.
