CONCORD, NH — Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?
My mom is extra special because she has been through so much—sickness, the death of multiple family members including her youngest daughter, trials and tribulations at work—and still shows up every day. She's a great Memere and an even better mom.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
She doesn't like the airtime, but she deserves it with how hard she works and how caring she is.
