Concord Woman Arrested Twice In 6 Hours On 6 Charges: Police Log

Nicole Christine Hebert, born 1991, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 4:10 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2022, after an incident at 7-Eleven on South Main Street.

Jeremy P. Ducharme, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 3:39 p.m. on Aug. 11 on a reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge as well as disorderly conduct and unauthorized use-firearm-firecracker charges. Abigail Bella, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Aug. 9 on resisting arrest or detention, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Auburn Street. Bella was arrested again 12:52 a.m. on Aug. 10 on a breach of bail charge after an incident on Auburn Street.

Holly S. Pickering, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Jose A. Miranda, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on July 30 on a warrant as well as criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Rollins Street.

Joshua T. Mitchell, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on July 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 142 Loudon Road.

Shaun McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 6:35 p.m. on July 29 after an incident on North Main Street.

Matthew Maynard Ham, 45, with a last known address of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on July 29 on a warrant as well as felony possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges and a possessing less than three-fourths of an ounce of marijuana violation. Officers were sent to Concord Hospital for a report of a man with a blood alcohol level of 0.35 who was leaving against medical advice and with an IV in his arm, according to an affidavit. The man, Ham, also had an active warrant, dispatch said. He was located outside on a bench and police accused him of being uncooperative, agitated, and not giving his name. An officer and a sergeant attempted to take him into custody but he was accused of pulling away. Eventually, he was handcuffed. The reporting officer accused him of being in possession of bags of psychedelic mushrooms and marijuana, the report said.

Jason Ryan Cloutier, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 9:08 a.m. on July 28 on stalking, violation of a protective order, and breach of bail condition charges after an incident on Wall Street.

Travis Vachon, 35, of Loudon Road in Concord was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on July 27 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges. On July 23, an officer driving in the Walmart parking lot drove past a Chevy Cruze and thought he recognized the driver as Vachon and knew he was a habitual offender, an affidavit said. The officer ran the registration of the car and it came back to a person connected to Vachon who as a passenger, a report said. The officer went to the car but it was unoccupied. Later, the passenger came to the car, spoke to the officer about when Vachon got out of jail, and denied Vachon was driving the car. When the officer told her he saw him driving and there were cameras in the parking lot, the woman admitted it was “her fault” because she requested that he move the car to the front of the store while she was doing something, the affidavit said. Later, the officer requested to see video at the store and accused Vachon of leaving the store, getting into the driver’s side of the car, and driving it to the front of the store. Vachon, according to the NH DMV, was certified as a habitual offender in January 2015. He was also found guilty of operating after being certified as a habitual offender in January 2018 in Belknap County.
