Concord Woman, Epsom Man Arrested On Assault, Domestic Violence, Trespass Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Kayley A. Winslow, born in 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Sept. 10, 2025, on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal trespass charges. She was arrested after an investigation or incident on South State Street.

Nathan J. Craigue, born in 1975, of Concord, received a summons at 10:01 a.m. on Sept. 7 on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an investigation or incident on Hampton Street.

Shayna Kinney, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Sept. 5 on a warrant after an investigation or incident at the Fort Eddy Plaza on Fort Eddy Road.

Steven William Murphy, born in 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 9:43 p.m. on Sept. 4 on a felony bail jumping charge at police headquarters.

Philip Lee Oviatt, born in 1956, of Concord, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on Sept. 3 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Robert Michael Butler, born in 1964, of Epsom, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 2 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal trespass charges after an investigation or incident at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Robby Anthony Moore, born in 1959, of Concord, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Sept. 1 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Brandon W. Williams, born in 1979, of Franklin, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on July 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as a stop lamps, motor vehicle violation. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Regional Drive.

Joshua Ryan Coulombe, born in 2006, of Concord, received a summons at 4:05 p.m. on July 30 on a conduct after an accident charge after an investigation or incident at the Red Blazer at 72 Manchester St.

Xeuying Weng, born in 1976, of Concord, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on July 30 on sexual assault and simple assault charges. Anthony Matthew Larose, born in 2001, of Concord, received a summons at 10:40 p.m. on July 29 on license required and unregistered vehicle violations after an investigation or incident at Rocky’s Ace Hardware at 20 Loudon Road.
