Felon Accused Of Threatening Woman, Cop With Gun In Concord: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictments

Plus: Habitual offenders indicted; South Sutton man indicted on drug dispense charges; Northfield man indicted on knife threat charge.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Annamarie Damato, 47, of Route 11 in Georges Mills, on operating while deemed a habitual offender, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl-subsequent, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett with the drugs on July 26, 2025. Damato was convicted of acts prohibited in Sullivan County Superior Court in May 2025.

Natausha Deroche, 31, of Orange Street in Manchester, or Concord, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving a Kia Optima on Interstate 93 in Canterbury on April 12, 2025, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Denise Driscoll, 54, of Lyndon Street in Concord, on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of backing a vehicle into a man on July 6, 2025, in Canterbury. William Driscoll, 60, of Lyndon Street in Concord, on a criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pulling out a knife and threatening the same man in Canterbury on July 6, 2025.

Nicholas Dubois, 40, of Front Street in Manchester, on a felony count of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in August 2024 in Hills South.

Jessica Edmunds, 46, of Bay Hill Road in Northfield, on two possession of meth and two possession of meth with prior conviction charges in Franklin on May 11, 2025, and July 4, 2025.

Ryan Ehrgott, 42, of Broad Cove Drive in Concord, on three felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on May 30, 2025; North Road in Epsom on June 25, 2025; and North Pembroke Road in Epsom on Oct. 12, 2025; after being deemed a habitual offender on March 10, 2025.

Adam E. Raynor, 42, of Route 114 of South Sutton, on two possession of methamphetamine, possession of dimethyltryptamine, two possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, two possession of meth with intent to distribute, and two possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on July 23, 2025, in Henniker, and Aug. 6, 2025, in Newbury. Raynor, according to the indictment, was out on bail at the time of the incident.

Jessica Roy, 31, of Elm Street in Northfield, on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Feb. 19, 2025, in Northfield.

Bruce A. Sanborn, 55, of Plymouth, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on domestic violence, reckless conduct, taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer, forgery, criminal threatening, and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, two pistols & revolvers-armed career criminal charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at a cop and threatening to shoot a woman, an intimate partner, in the head if she did not drive away, or words to that effect, from a police stop on Aug. 27, 2025, in Concord. Sanborn is a felon due to theft and drug convictions in New Hampshire in 2010, 2014, and 2025. He was also accused of uttering a phony $20 and attempting to take a state trooper’s gun in Bow on Aug. 28, 2025. Nathan W. Sayer, 37, of Summer Street in Penacook, on fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. Between Oct. 21, 2024, and Feb. 21, in Concord, he was accused of using a company credit card for personal use. Sayer was also accused of using a credit card owned by Acolad to make a personal rent payment on Feb. 6, 2025, in Concord.

Diane Kim Senechal, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on possession of meth with intent to dispense, possession of cocaine with intent to dispense, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, on June 23, 2025, in Pittsfield.

Anthony Smith, 57, of Diana Road in Northfield, on a felony count of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. He was accused of yelling, “I’m gonna f----- kill you,” or words to that effect, while armed with a knife on Aug. 31, 2025, in Northfield.
