Former Concord Homeless Felon Wanted On Threat, Stalking, Witness Tampering Charges
Marc Cincotta was accused of stabbing a man in October 2022. After being bailed out, he was accused of threatening the same victim March 1.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police are searching for a homeless man who was being held on felony charges from an alleged stabbing but was released on personal recognizance bail in February to enter a treatment program.
Marc Cincotta, 63, with no fixed address, was previously staying in homeless encampments in Manchester and Concord.
In October 2022, Cincotta was accused of stabbing a man he knew at a homeless camp in the Queen City.

Police set up a perimeter, sent out a drone, and deployed SWAT personnel to look for Cincotta in the House Road area of the city. After several hours, he was located hiding in a tree stand in the woods.
Cincotta was arrested on first-degree assault, two felony counts of a felon possessing a deadly weapon, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges.

Sources confirmed Cincotta was released from Hillsborough County Corrections after a judge released him on personal recognizance bail with the condition that he entered and completed a treatment program. Transportation arranged by the treatment program picked up Cincotta. However, he was accused of jumping out of the vehicle.
Manchester police were notified Cincotta allegedly confronted the same man he previously assaulted inside a local restaurant and threatened him last Wednesday.
A judge revoked his bail and issued a warrant on Wednesday.
Police are now searching for Cincotta, who has a warrant for his arrest and is considered dangerous based on previous incidents. Cincotta was initially scheduled for trial on the original charges on March 27.
The warrants issued for Cincotta’s are for charges of stalking, witness tampering, and criminal threatening.
