Hundreds Protest The Extended New Hampshire Stay-At-Home Order
Hundreds of protestors gathered at the Statehouse to rally against the coronavirus stay-at-home order issued by Gov. Chris Sununu.
CONCORD, NH — A rally organized at the New Hampshire Statehouse formed a crowd of 350 to 400 people. While people expressed their disagreement about the state's stay-at-home order, multiple people spoke from a microphone. The crowd which appeared to be larger than the previous one had a mix of age groups and interests represented including religious leaders, marijuana activists, free staters, anti-vaccination activists, and liberty Republicans.
One person who was in disagreement with the rally dressed as a clown tried to hold a sign in front of the speakers at the microphone several times. The people attending the rally quickly surrounded him with their signs and blocked him so the speakers could continue.
There were also other counter-protestors in attendance.
