CONCORD, NH — Mariah Covell, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 9, 2025, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges following an investigation or incident on Summer Street in Penacook.

Jonathan Allen Wolfgram, born in 1977, of Franklin, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 8 on two simple assault charges following an investigation or incident at Vinnie’s Pizzaria at 200 S. Main St.

Cathy J. Delisle, born in 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 on a warrant following an investigation or incident on Snow Pond Road.

Joshua Michael Fishburn, born in 1994, of Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant at 9:10 p.m. on Aug. 22 following an investigation or incident at Lowe’s at 90 Fort Eddy Road.

Andrew Stephen Hancock, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Aug. 22 on a criminal trespass charge following an investigation or incident on South Main Street.

Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on Aug. 22 on simple assault and disorderly conduct charges following an investigation or incident at Bona Fide Tattoo at 25 N. Main St.

Jasmine E. Dargon, born in 1991, of Concord, received a summons at 4:54 p.m. on Aug. 22 on camping restricted and camping prohibited on city-owned land violations following an investigation or incident at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road.
