Portsmouth Police Charge Concord Man with Drug Possession
Police allege that he falsified evidence.

- At 11:53 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 3, Portsmouth police arrested a Concord man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he was detained at the New Hampshire Probation Department office. Karvin A. Demby, 37, of North State Street in Concord was wanted for resisting arrest or detention, falsifying physical evidence and two counts of possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
