Several Residents Charged With Theft After Incidents At City Supermarkets: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ronald F. Delgaudio, born in 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 7:36 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2025, on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.

Andre D. Houle, born in 1993, of Concord, received a summons at 11:49 a.m. on Sept. 7 on a conduct after an accident charge and an improper backing-interstate violation. He was charged after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Jeffrey S. Gardner, born in 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 10:54 a.m. on Sept. 6 on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at Revelstoke Coffee at 100 N. Main St.

Lawrence John McClosky, born in 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 12:39 p.m. on Sept. 5 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and willful concealment, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Michael A. Maynard, born in 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 23 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident or investigation at the Speedway gas station at 175 N. Main St.

John P. Gagnon, born in 1982, of Concord, received a summons at 12:03 a.m. on Aug. 18 on camping restricted and generic city ordinance violations. Also cited was Michael A. Tuerk, born in 1994, of Concord, on the same charges. They were given summonses after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.

Anthony J. Craib, born in 1963, of Concord, received a summons at 7:04 p.m. on July 29 on a generic city ordinance violation after an incident or investigation in Eagle Square.

Garrett Rogenski, born in 1994, of Epsom, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. on July 29 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.

Kenneth O. Thompson, born in 1985, of Laconia, was arrested at 2:16 p.m. on July 29 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men at 281 N. State St.

Corbin Luther Charles Ours, born in 2006, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on July 29 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Walker Building at 21 S. Fruit St.

Cassie L. Marcoux, born in 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 6 a.m. on July 29 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at Centerpoint Church at 20 N. State St.
