Assault, Conspiracy Arrests: Exeter Police Log, April 14-20
Assault, conspiracy and DWI arrests were among items reported in the Exeter police log for the time period of April 14 to April 20.
EXETER, NH — The following incidents were reported in the Exeter police log for the time period of April 14 to April 20. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.
Sunday, April 14 — A vehicle accident is reported shortly after 6 p.m.
Monday, April 15 — Jacob Reynolds Marsh, 29, of Barnstead, is arrested on a bench warrant. A vehicle accident is reported shortly after 8 p.m.

Tuesday, April 16 — A vehicle accident is reported shortly after 9 a.m. Rachel A. Pizzano, 48, of Revere, Massachusetts, is transported on a charge of conspiracy to commit a crime. A vehicle accident is reported at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, April 17 — Allan Wayne Welch, 61, of Exeter, is arrested on a bench warrant. Someone calls 911 regarding a vehicle accident around 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, April 18 — Stalking and harassing phone calls are reported to police.
Friday, April 19 — Police get reports of reckless operation, truancy, and fraud. A vehicle accident is reported via 911 around 4 p.m. Shawn K. Barton, 43, of Stratham, is charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. Christopher R. Harris, 32, of Fremont, is charged with resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, contempt of court, and is arrested on a bench warrant.
Saturday, April 20 — Michelle Knight, 48, of Exeter, is charged with operating with a suspended vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension. Andrea L. Knowles, 42, of Exeter, is charged with two counts of simple assault, one count of resisting arrest and one count of criminal mischief, vandalism.
