Family Celebrating Exeter Crash Victim's Life Today

The Hampton man was an avid family man, athlete and musician, and worked for Cole Haan Distribution in Greenland.

Family members and loved ones of a local man killed in Sunday's Route 101 rollover crash in Exeter will celebrate the man's life during a special event Thursday.

Chris Poulin, 28, of Hampton, will be remembered at 11 a.m. at the Rockingham Ballroom, located at 22 Ash Swamp Road in Newmarket. Poulin worked as a first sku coordinator at Cole Haan Distribution in Greenland, and was an avid family man, athlete and musician, according to his obituary.

Authorities are still trying to figure out the cause of the rash.

Police have said Poulin died after his 2006 Nissan Sentra veered off Route 101 west and rolled over. Authorities were called to the scene at about 4:30 a.m., at which point Poulin was pronounced dead. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, authorities said.

New Hampshire State Police Lt. Christopher Vetter said it's unclear if speed, alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash. Toxicology tests are pending.

Poulin's memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2, at 1 p.m. at the Second Congregational Church of Hyde Park in Hyde Park, Vt.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Dover Spring Flag Football League. Checks should be mailed to Cory Sprague, 92 Portland Ave., Dover, NH 03820.

Brewitt Funeral Home in Exeter is handling the arrangements. More information is available at brewittfuneralhome.com.
