EXETER, NH — An Exeter man was arrested and charged with murdering a woman in a fire last week, authorities said Monday. Derek Webber, 31, was charged with arson and second-degree murder. He set a fire at Carol Felides' residence at the Hayes Mobile Home Park, according to New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald. Felides was found dead in the residence June 19.Webber was scheduled for an arraignment Tuesday in Rockingham County Superior Court.
