At one point, while the fire raged, a Kingston firefighter requested help from onlookers. Four members of the Concord High School wrestling team, who were practicing at Smitty’s Wrestling Barn a few blocks away and went to see what was going on, as well as two other men, jumped in to help, untethering a line to the Brentwood tanker, to bring more water to the fire.
