Info On 4th Man Sought By Exeter Cops After Shooting Near Town Forest
Seacoast Crime Stoppers: 3 men from Massachusetts face charges after an incident on Tuesday; 4th man is not believed to be in the area.

EXETER, NH — Exeter police have released a photo of a fourth man who is wanted by police after a shots fired report near a town forest Tuesday.
Police were sent to the area of the Swasey Town Forest around 12:30 p.m. Officers arrived and reported several men who all fled the area. Three were captured later after four K-9 units, a drone, and a New Hampshire State Police helicopter searched the area.
Exeter Police Chief Stephan Poulin stated in Wednesday morning update investigators were “confident” the fourth man is “no longer in the area.”

Poulin said the department wanted to thank New Hampshire State Police, Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, NH Probation and Parole, FBI, and officers from the Kensington, Kingston, Newfields, and Hampton Falls police departments.
Expected at arraignment in 10th Circuit Court in Brentwood were Luis Rosado, 20, of Worcester, Massachusetts, on simple assault on a police officer and two resisting arrest or detention charges; Luis Negron, 20, of Lowell, MA, on a resisting arrest or detention charge; and Xavier Deleon, 19, of Lawrence, MA, on a resisting arrest or detention charge.
“The investigation is ongoing, and more charges may be forthcoming,” Poulin said.
