Lawrence Teens Face Charges Connected To Exeter EZ Mart Robbery
Report: Sandy Sepulveda Saint Claire, Kenny Lorenzo Rondon, and Raffy Santos, all 18, face charges related to the hold-up in August 2022.

EXETER, NH — Police said Tuesday that three more people were arrested in connection with an armed robbery at the EZ Mart Shell station in Exeter in August 2022.
Kenny L. Lorenzo Rondon, 18, Sandy M. Sepulveda Saint Claire, 18, and Raffy Santos, 18, all of Lawrence, MA, were all arrested after a police sweep. They await their return to New Hampshire to face felony charges related to the hold-up, Exeter Police Chief Stephan Poulin said.
The robbery occurred on Aug. 16, 2022, when five suspects entered the Main Street business around 3:30 a.m. While inside the store, the clerk was held up at gunpoint. Poulin said investigators believe a handgun and rifle were used during the incident, but the clerk was uninjured. The guns believed to have been involved in the robbery have been recovered.

The pair were arrested on June 14 as part of a sweep by the Lawrence Police Department’s Gang Unit. Lorenzo faces a robbery charge. During the incident, he was accused of grabbing his right arm and moving him away from the cash register. Sepulveda will be charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. He was accused of working with Kendry Rosa Ortega, who police claim pointed a gun at the clerk during the incident. Rosa Ortega, who also lives in Lawrence, MA, was previously indicted by a grand jury.

Santos will be charged with theft by unauthorized taking, accused of depositing a check from the EZ Mart into a mobile bank account.
Previously, Daury Rodriguez Contreras, 20, of Lawrence, MA, was arrested in January on a felony charge of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of depositing a stolen check from the EZ Mart robbery into his bank account.
Poulin added neither Contreras nor Santos was involved directly in the robbery.
Exeter Deputy Police Chief Josh McCain said the arrests were part of a 10-month investigation by Exeter police and other jurisdictions.
“The interoperability with the Lawrence Police Department’s Gang Unit has been unparalleled,” he added. “Our detectives have been committed to bringing resolution to this case and we’re grateful for the assistance we’ve received from other agencies.”
