Occupants Safely Escape Early Morning 3-Alarm House Fire In Raymond

Raymond firefighters arrived at an Ann Logan Circle residence with heavy fire and immediately worked to extinguish the fire on Saturday.

RAYMOND, NH — Firefighters from several communities battled a 3-alarm fire on Ann Logan Circle in Raymond on Saturday.

Crews responded to reports of a structure fire, when they arrived there was heavy fire, and a second, and third alarm were requested, bringing firefighters and apparatus from several mutual aid communities.

All occupants that were awoken by the fire were able to escape without injury.

Raymond Fire Department and investigators from the New Hampshire Fire Marshal’s Office were interviewing neighbors and gathering information at the fire scene. It is common for the Fire Marshal’s Office to assist towns with their investigation, even if there were no serious injuries or anything suspicious.

Members of the Raymond community were assisting the homeowners in removing uninjured chickens and roosters in the fire and away from the intense flames.

At this time, the cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation, but it does not appear to be suspicious.
