• End of 2025 brings new food safety code to Manchester (inklink.news) — Exeter is highlighted as one of New Hampshire’s self-inspecting towns that already follow the 2017 FDA Food Code, a standard Manchester has just adopted for its 750 food businesses. Manchester officials say the update modernizes inspections, focuses on preventing foodborne illness, and aligns local rules more closely with state and federal food safety practices.
