Exeter Adult Education is partnering with the Seacoast School of Technology, Culinary Arts Chef, Margaret Foret, to offer this 8 hour, 2 night course for any adult student, age 18 or older on Tuesday night, April 9 and April 16, from 3-7pm. The class will be held in the Culinary Arts classroom, at Seacoast School of Technology, 40 Linden Street, Exeter NH. The ServSafe® certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI under the Conference for Food Protection Standards).
Space is limited and pre-registration and payment is required. All class materials are provided with a minimum of 10 students required to hold the class. Maximum class size is 20 students. Class meets on Tuesdays for 2 weeks, beginning April 9, 3-7pm.
