Hampton Police Log, May 6 to May 12

HAMPTON, NH — The following incidents were reported in the Hampton police log for the time period May 6 to May 12. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.

Monday, May 6 — Nicholas Alexander LaBroad, 27, of Hampton, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday, May 8 — Police investigate a hit-and-run accident near Hannaford.

Thursday, May 9 — Michael A. Bain, 47, of Haverhill Massachusetts, is arrested on a bench warrant. Police investigate an accident near the Seashell Complex.

Friday, May 10 — Megan Pistorino, 37, of Salisbury, Massachusetts, is arrested on two bench warrants and is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and having control of premises where a controlled drug is kept.

Saturday, May 11 — Light Leo Biaggi, 36, of Portland, Maine, is charged with driving under the influence. Jonathan Carboni, 37, of Montreal, Canada, is charged with criminal trespass. Gavin Leslie Landry, 22, of Portsmouth, is charged with domestic violence assault and resisting arrest. Jordan Fletcher, 21, of Portsmouth is charged with domestic violence assault.

Sunday, May 12 — Tobi J. Eldridge, 34, of Hampton, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving under the influence. Police investigate a hit-and-run on Ashworth Avenue.
