Hamptons Celebrate Vets in Honor of Veterans Day
Several school assemblies kick off several days worth of events designed to recognize and pay tribute to local veterans.
Hampton, North Hampton and surrounding Seacoast towns will honor Veterans Day through several events over the next few days.
The annual Veterans Day school assemblies will take place on Friday. Hampton Academy's and North Hampton School's ceremonies are both at 8:45 a.m., while Centre School's is at 9 a.m. and Marston School's is at 10 a.m.
On Monday, Veterans Day will be honored during American Legion Post 35's annual remembrances at Hampton Beach and in Hampton Falls, North Hampton and Hampton.

The following is the schedule of where those events will occur:
- 8 a.m.: Lady By The Sea Marine Memorial, Hampton Beach
- 9 a.m.: Weare Park, Hampton Falls
- 10 a.m.: North Hampton Public Library, North Hampton
- 11 a.m.: American Legion Post 35 Hall at 69 High Street in Hampton
