Northwood Teen Indicted On 8 Rape Counts In Rockingham County: Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Alexis Paige Daly, 32, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on possession of methamphetamine and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, in Derry on Sept. 17, 2023.

Ralph Danner, 39, of High Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl, possession of meth, and possession of lorazepam charges, all felonies, in Derry on Aug. 17, 2023.

Joseph James Davis, 19, of Shetland Road in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of stabbing another person in the leg multiple times causing significant blood loss on Dec. 3, 2023, in Hampton. David Peter Demirai, 43, of Katabel Lane in Berwick, Maine, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Newington on Nov. 8, 2023. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Jared A. Derrico, 38, of Haymeadow Road in Boxford, MA, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of taking two checks to perform services and then did not perform the work between Dec. 16, and Dec. 20, 2022, in Seabrook.

Joshua David Devoe, 27, of North Main Street in Derry on possession of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and throwing a spoon and syringe into snow after a crash in Derry to impair an investigation on Jan. 29, 2023.

Hunter Dobson, 18, of Rita’s Circle in Northwood on two counts of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence and eight counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence. He was accused of raping an intimate partner on Aug. 15 and Nov. 29, 2020, and Feb. 7, and May 15, 2021, and strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 15 and Nov. 29, 2020, in Northwood.

Jennifer Marie Duckworth, 40, of Olde Farm Lane in Rochester on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of returning a scooter she did not pay for to Best Buy in Newington on Oct. 26, 2023. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Brandon J. Dumont, 42, of Canal Street in Nashua on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 17, 2023, in Londonderry. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on prior offenses.

Donald Maurice Dupont, 68, of Somerville Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of possession the drug in Londonderry on Nov. 6, 2023, and concealing a baggie under the driver’s seat of a vehicle to impair an investigation.

Jason Tyler Kenyon, 42, of Manchester Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and two pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles and a firearm after being in possession of a stolen 2019 Kia Optima on Nov. 17, 2023, in North Hampton. Kenyon is a felon due to a first-degree assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in October 2014.

John Lee King, 58, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of possessing a stolen Chevrolet Silverado on Nov. 14, 2023, in Northwood.
