  2. Come to the Spooktacular Downtown Manchester Fall festival on Oct. 28 from 3 to 6:30 pm. and "celebrate the fall season in New Hampshire’s largest city." Meet the mayor at City Hall and get a free book from Bookmobile, or trick-or-treat downtown at participating downtown businesses. End up at Stanton Plaza for fun activities. Mayor Joyce Craig said "city-wide Trick-or-Treating is scheduled in the City of Manchester for Sunday, Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. (Manchester Ink Link)
  3. New Hampshire will receive $17 million in federal funding to build electric vehicle charging stations throughout the state. With 4,000 elective vehicles already on the roads in New Hampshire, the charging stations couldn't come at a better time. Officials said the EV stations "will be installed near major corridors over the next five years." Way to go New Hampshire! (WMUR)
