Girls on the Run Spring 2023 Program Registration Now Open!

Teams to run at Beech, Gossler, Green Acres, McDonough, Mill Falls, Northwest, Parker Varney, Webster, Weston and Wilson Elementary Schools!

(Helene-Marie Collins )

Girls on the Run New Hampshire program registration is now open for the Spring 2023 season. Girls on the Run is a physical activity-based, positive youth development program that teaches key life skills to girls in 3rd through 8th grade through dynamic discussions and fun games that creatively integrate running.

In today's unpredictable world, the social-emotional skills and strategies learned at Girls on the Run are more important than ever. At Girls on the Run, girls will build self-confidence and develop healthy relationships in addition to learning skills such as managing emotions, resolving conflict, helping others and more. At the completion of the season, all girls and families will be invited to join in a statewide 5K event on June 3.

Every girl deserves a place to grow, connect and shine. YOUR girl can join one of our life-changing programs in New Hampshire this fall!

The true success of the program is told in the words of the girls who participate: "Girls on the Run made me realize that I am the boss of my brain." "I know that whatever I set my mind to do, I can do." "At Girls on the Run I learned how to be comfortable in my own skin!"

Teams will meet at area elementary schools, starting the week of March 20. To learn more about registering your girl today, visit the program website or contact Betsy Cissel at betsy.cissel@girlsontherun.org.
