- Flag Day Extravaganza! — Goffstown Public Library. (6:30 p.m.)
From My Notebook:
- The June 14 Full "Strawberry" Moon: The full moon Tuesday night will look unusually bright and is larger than most full moons. It's a supermoon, which means at will be closer to the earth than any other time. The strawberry moon gets its name from the Algonquin Native American tribe "and refers to the region's strawberry harvesting season," (but not the actual color of the moon), said NHPR.
