Here are the top stories in Manchester today:

  1. A $44 million grant will make New Hampshire "the epicenter of a new industry," said Dean Kamen. Kamen, the Executive Director and board chair of Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute/BioFabUSA, was the featured speaker at the Build Back celebration on Friday in Manchester. He called the $44 million investment to create a new biomanufacturing industry in the city "like none other created in our lifetime." (Manchester Ink Link)
  2. Golf enthusiasts—new golf simulators will be coming to east Manchester. Golf360 signed will bring golf course simulators to East Side Plaza from the current location at Executive Health & Sports Center by the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. Owner Patrick Gocklin said he started the business about ten years ago "to fill a need for high-quality indoor golf training using the latest technology." (The Union Leader)
  3. More New Hampshire residents may qualify for free fuel assistance this year with new funding from the U.S. Department of Energy.
