Local runner honoring late husband at Manchester City Half Marathon
Karen is running the Elliot Manchester City Half Marathon in honor of her husband, who passed away following complications from Parkinson's.

Karen Cyr-Condon, a Manchester resident who works for the Manchester School District, is running the Elliot Manchester City Half Marathon on Sunday, November 9th.
She is running to turn loss into purpose: Karen is running for the Parkinson’s Foundation in memory of her husband, Mark.
Mark passed away in August 2025 unexpectedly after a fall related to his balance issues, which were caused by Parkinson’s. Mark lived a life of kindness and compassion; his legacy continues as his final gift was being an organ donor.
