Here are the 3 top stories in Manchester today:
- Police have issued an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Dyllon Potvin of Manchester after a bullet was found in the wall of an apartment. A shell casing was found behind the door and police determined that the bullet had come from a neighboring apartment and had probable cause to charge Potvin with Felony Reckless Conduct and Falsifying Evidence. This is the second firearm incident Potvin has been connected to in recent months. Anyone with information about Potvin’s whereabouts is asked to call Manchester Police at 603-668- 8711 or place an anonymous and call the Manchester Crimeline at 603-624-4040. - JetBlue announced a plan to merger with Spirit Airlines! This could mean more flights at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. JetBlue announced the deal to buy Spirit Airlines that would create "the country's fifth largest airline." Jet Blue, which currently does not have flights at the Manchester-Boston Regional airport, could expand flights from New York and the West Coast to additional Florida markets, said aviation expert David Dague. For now, the airlines will continue to operate separately. With regulatory hurdles, the earliest dates for the potential merger would be 2024 or 2025. (WMUR)
- A Manchester woman was arrested Wednesday by the Manchester Public Library and was charged with first-degree assault. An argument with another women at Bronstein Park ended in a stabbing of one of the women. Manchester police responded just before 3 p.m. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital. (Manchester Ink Link)
