- While COVID numbers across New Hampshire remain low, Manchester's numbers rank as the highest in the state. According to a new report, Manchester has had 163 new cases of COVID in the past two weeks. That brings the total number of confirmed cases in the city up to 36,757. As of this writing, 365,206 residents of New Hampshire have tested positive for COVID. (WMUR)
- A Manchester man has been found guilty of attempting to murder a homeless woman. Johan Rosaria, 19, is charged with attacking the woman on Dec. 16 near Merrimack Street. She was stabbed five times, one of which punctured her lung. Although she survived, the homeless woman refused to press charges or participate in the case at all. Despite her lack of involvement, prosecutors were able to get the conviction due to surveillance camera footage and the testimony of eyewitnesses. (Yahoo! News)
