- The suspect accused of a stabbing in February is behind bars in New York. Nassau County police recently arrested Manchester resident Desmel Cooper, 40, on Long Island. Cooper will be returned to New Hampshire to face both state and federal charges related to the stabbing during which the victim was stabbed multiple times before being rushed to the hospital. (WMUR)
- Manchester has reached an all-time high of opioid-related deaths according to data from AMR. According to the data, there were 18 suspected opioid deaths in February, which is the highest number of suspected opioid deaths in a one-month period for Nashua and Manchester combined since AMR began tracking the data in 2015. (Manchester Ink Link)
- A couple down the road in Londonderry was arrested after abandoning over a dozen cats without food and water or other care when the couple moved out of their former home. When arriving at the home, officers found four dead felines and several extremely thin cats. Police arrested Meghan Williams and Robert Gerhold on Thursday; according to officials, both were wanted on 14 counts of animal cruelty. (NBC Boston)

- Be on the lookout for a man out on bail. Officials are looking for Marc Cincotta, 63, who allegedly committed more crimes while out on bail. Anyone with information about Cincotta’s whereabouts should call Manchester police. (Manchester NH Police via Facebook)
- Today, the library is hosting the NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities. Attendees of the meeting will enjoy fun activities to encourage development in emergent literacy, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills. (Manchester Library)
- The animal shelter is looking for help caring for turtles from a recent animal cruelty case. If anyone in the community has a large aquarium or tank, filters, food, supplies, or sand they could donate or loan, the shelter would be more than grateful for the help!
