COP LOG: Police Called to Resolve Dispute With Customer
The following information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013
- 6:17 p.m.: Arrested Gail Ruprecht, 52, of 18 Cedar Lane, Merrimack, on charges of driving while intoxicated and disobeying a police officer.
- 7:13 p.m.: Arrested Marie Shelley, 27, of 13 Verdome St., Merrimac, Mass., on an electronic bench warrant for transporting drugs.
- 9:42 p.m.: A Daniel Webster Highway resident reports banging coming from the back door or attic.
- 10:30 p.m.: Arrested Robert Marchenonis, 54, of 7 Conifer St., Merrimack, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug.
Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013
- 1:41 p.m.: Arrested Jeremy Hodnett, 30, of 60 West Hollis St., No. 4, Nashua, on a charge of attempted theft by deception.
- 1:41 p.m.: Arrested Ginny Beth Killinger, 29, of 58 Ash St., Nashua, on a charge of attempted theft by deception.
- 4:02 p.m.: Arrested Jeffrey Blodgett, 28, of 2 Iris Drive, Merrimack, on a warrant for non-appearance.
- 7:32 a.m.: Responded to a Daniel Webster Highway business to resolve a dispute with a customer.
- 3:24 p.m.: Sent mutual aid to man station 1 in Nashua.
- 4:57 p.m.: Responded to a hit and run accident on Continental Boulevard at Industrial Drive where the motor vehicle struck a tree and then left the scene.
- 4:53 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway to assist with a runaway juvenile.
- 5:30 p.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway to assist with a runaway juvenile.
- 5:43 p.m.: Responded to Turkey Hill Road at Bigwood Drive for a two-car accident. Drivers were Kristina McLaughlin and Renee LaFoss, both of Merrimack.
