Donate Books, DVDs, CDs and More to Library Book Sale
Morning news and notes from in and around Merrimack.

Book Sale. The Merrimack Public Library is seeking donations for its Fall Book Sale, Saturday, Sept. 7 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and on Sunday, Sept. 8 from 1-3 p.m. Children's books, current fiction and current non-fiction are particularly sought after but audio tapes, compact discs and DVDs will also be accepted. The Library is unable to accept VHS tapes, condensed books, text books, National Geographic or other magazines, or books that are mildewed or water damaged. Donations are accepted 52 weeks a year. It is helpful if large donations are brought in disposable bags or boxes; the Library doesn't have room to store and return plastic bins or storage containers. Questions? Call the Library at 424-5021.
