Former Merrimack Man Charged With Burglary
The following information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Nashua man was arrested Tuesday in connection to a burglary that was reported to Merrimack Police earlier this month.
David Brown, 34, of 27 Temple St., Nashua, was charged with burglary, a class B felony, when police arrested him on Aug. 27.
The charge stems from a report police received on Aug. 15 from homeowners on Joellen Drive who found a rear basement window had been broken. They later determined money had been stolen from inside the home.
With the help of local businesses, investigators were able to quickly find their suspect on surveillance cameras cashing in the loose coins that had been stolen from the home.
Brown, formerly of Merrimack, was held on $5,000 cash/surety bail pending his arraignment in Merrimack's district court on Aug. 28. His next court date is Sept. 24, also in Merrimack district court.
