Merrimack Man Arrested for Fake Inspection Sticker
The following information was provided by Hollis Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Merrimack man was arrested in Hollis last week after an officer stopped him for "several equipment violations."
Michael E. Libby, 34, of Halletts Way, Merrimack, was charged with displaying a false inspection sticker when he was pulled over on Aug. 20.
According to Hollis Police, Officer Joseph Wallent stopped Libby's pick-up truck around noon on Silver Lake Road for several equipment violations. Upon examining the vehicle's inspection sticker, Officer Wallent noted that it did not display the same characteristics as a legitimate New Hampshire inspection sticker and upon further examination, it was found to be a fraudulent sticker.
